About Us

Pioneering Grassroots Social Innovation

Since 2018, Innovation Incubator (ININ) has been working with various local communities, academic institutions and social organisations to provide enriching leadership development opportunities to Vietnamese youth. We offer a variety of educational and leadership programmes, all designed with a mission to foster social innovation and entrepreneurship towards Sustainable Development in grassroots communities. ​


In Vietnam, Innovation Incubator (ININ) is a registered social enterprise. Since establishment, we have engaged 1000+ participants, 35+ partners, 6+ communities in our initiatives, and earned the prestigious 2019 Blue Swallows national award "Honoring Business Initiatives for Sustainable Development", organized by VCCI, VUSTA, UNDP Vietnam and CSIP.

APYE Vietnam Asia Pacific Youth Exchange Vietnam

Asia-Pacific Youth Exchange Vietnam (APYE)

International exchange programme with local immersion

Asia Pacific Youth Exchange (APYE) is a two-week exchange programme that aims to provide an experiential platform for young people to learn and drive the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants work in teams with foreign youth from across Asia-Pacific, learn about social innovation skills and live with local communities in Vietnam to co-design social business solutions that address grass-roots issues. 


APYE is present in South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines, and Vietnam. The programme has empowered more than 2,000 young people from over 48 countries since 2016.

Eligibility: 18-30 years-old, Fluent English skills, any nationalities, application & interview required, fee applied, 2 weeks participation.

The Movers Movement

Train-the-Trainer programme on 21st-century skills 

The Movers Movement is a learning and knowledge exchange community aims to help young people to become catalysts for change using 21st-century skills, including Digital Literacy skills (ICT & Technology), Soft skills (Leadership, Communication, Critical thinking & Problem-solving), and Global Citizenship (inclusive Social & Cultural competencies). 

Kickstarting in 2020, our vision is to empower 4 million future-ready youth across Asia-Pacific. Don't miss out and #JoinTheMovement in Vietnam!

Eligibility: 16 years-old and above, Vietnamese speakers, registration required, free to join, minimum 4 hours training.

Social Entrepreneurship for Community Development (SECD)

Workshop & bootcamp on social business

With the aim to raise awareness about social issues in Vietnam and enhance the public's capacity to participate in solving these challenges, SECD provides practical workshops and bootcamps in SDGs, Design Thinking, Social Business Models, Impact Management and Project Management tools for aspiring social innovators and entrepreneurs. 

By providing access to these knowledge and expertise, we hope anyone who wishes to kickstart their social business idea can be equipped to do so. 

Eligibility: 18 years-old and above, Vietnamese speakers, application required, full course participation. 

ECHO project social innovation vietnam

English Creates Hopes & Opportunities (ECHO)

Volunteer Teachers for underprivileged children

ECHO has been established since 2016 as an independent project. This is the space for any action-driven youth to dedicate their time with a like-minded community of volunteers to work with underprivileged children in Ho Chi Minh City, whose otherwise would not have access to equally meaningful learning experiences. 

ECHO has provided free English courses for over 150 underprivileged children, organised more than 50 workshops for over 600 participants on various topics including soft skills, social innovation, and prominent global issues such as climate change, gender equality, cultural diversity, and so on. 

Eligibility: 16 years-old and above, Fluent English speakers, application required, free to join, minimum 6 months commitment.
